Brookley has been training with the squad for a few seasons and is coming through the junior development program. She is versatile enjoying sprints, hurdles, jumps and distance.

Tom joined the squad mid 24/25 after returning from New Zealand. His is a distance runner that is trying to improve his shorter distance competiveness.

Tom joined the team halfway through season 24/25 and embraced versatility competing in both sprints and distance.  He is progressing well and looking forward to a big pre season for upcoming seasons.

Amanda joined the squad half way through season 24/25 and embraced her versatility by competing in both sprints and distance.  She is progressing well and aiming for a big pre season for 25/26.

1st Essendon Novice 100m 

Mikaela joined the team at the end of pre season 24/25 but unfortunately had pre-existing stress fracture in her foot.  She had extended rest and resumed training and running at the end of the season.

She is eligible for Novice Events. 

Lexie is young talented athlete who is predominantly a heptathlete.  She joined the squad in December 2024 where she trains for her sprinting, middle distance and hurdles.

She is a member of Mentone Athletics Club.
